About Liberty Immigration Law

Liberty Immigration Law is a Swedish law firm headquartered in Stockholm. The practice is limited to immigration: work, family, studies, permanent residence, citizenship and appeals. We do not take on unrelated commercial or criminal work.

The firm was set up so that a client would meet the same lawyer throughout. Immigration cases run for months. A file that changes hands loses the detail that decides it. We keep the team small for that reason.

We work in Swedish and English. Clients are in Sweden and abroad. Meetings are held at the Stockholm office by appointment, or by video when that is more practical.

How we charge

After the first conversation you receive a written estimate. Most matters are handled on an hourly fee or a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, such as a file review or a single application. We do not start paid work until you have confirmed the estimate.
